Law firm P M LEGAL s. r. o. was established to provide clients with a thorough and effective solutions in dynamically developing business world. The founding partner before establishing own legal practice has worked in leading law firms in Bratislava and Banská Bystrica, where he assisted clients mainly in the sector of energy, IT sector, real estate, construction and development.
Presently the law firm has expanded its scope of legal advisory in civil and labour law issues, particularly from the position of representation of business entities.

Our services
The law firm provides legal services focusing primarily on business law, securities law, contractual law and IT law. Both to foreign and domestic clients we are providing daily operative corporate counselling in operation of the enterprise and functioning of labour law processes. To foreign investors we also provide assistance in international tax and financial law and in state aid.
In more complex transactions we cooperate with reputable consulting companies and banking institutions, where we also provide assistance in project financing.

Before establishing own legal practice, Peter has worked in leading law firms in Bratislava and Banská Bystrica, where he assisted clients mainly in the sector of energy, real estate, construction and development. In past he worked as a trainee at the Legal Service of the European Commission, focusing on tax and budgetary matters.

Before entering law firm P M LEGAL s. r. o., he has worked in leading law firm with branch office in Bratislava and Banská Bystrica, where he provided to his clients legal services especially in the area of business law, insolvency law, intellectual property law and representation in civil litigation. Subsequently, from 2016, he performed advocacy as an independent advocate (sole practitioner) with a registered office in Banská Bystrica, and since 2017 he started to externally cooperate with our law firm.
